Juvinile Wines exists to push the boundaries of what wine can be by creating non-traditional, innovative styles of wine with a meticulous and technical approach to the winemaking. Our goal is to expand people’s perception of what amazing wines can be.

The project was born from a friendship between Chase Carhartt and Dylan Halladay, rooted in a love for exploring non-traditional and offbeat wines from around the world. They spent years discovering and sharing new and interesting wines until Dylan decided to move his family from San Francisco to Chase's hometown in the Santa Ynez Valley. This move sparked an idea to try and capture the creativity and unconventional nature of many of the wines they drank together by creating and launching a brand dedicated to producing intentionally creative and fresh wines.
